Just saw the brilliant chef Richard ? (sorry never caught his last name) make THE most exciting brioche dishes with soft cheeses. OMG I'm googling his recipes. And he's coming back next week to make pain au Chocolat. Yum. Love James too

Very good characterisation and story line. The writing is empathetic and insightful making us the viewer a part of their lives. I love it!! Funny and heart wrenching. So glad I'm watching this program
