A pretty solid storyline with brotherhood and people without IC as the main objectives but too draggy and too quiet throughout making it a little boring. Introduction was done nicely and the ending was done perfectly, just the climax was out of nowhere and draggy. a 1h55mins film that can be shorten to 1h30mins.
