The game is great; fun maps, silly customisation of the characters and a satisfying sense of victory, along with a bunch of laughs. But it has way of letting certain types of play styles/methods win rather than making each sort of fighting style even. For example, players who simply grab, lift and throw other plays around and over railings into traps or from a height often win as a result of the game not evenly and fairly allowing the person being lifted to fight back. This is frustrating for some as itโs not really fair or how a fighting game should really be played. Also some glitches like surviving the death barrier (an area in which you are considered defeated and out for that round e.g after falling off a building) are still present so it can sometimes leave a player who should have won with only or draw or even a loss if they lose their patience and die on purpose to progress the round. Thatโs why this is only a 3 star review.
Overall itโs a great game and a lot of fun to play alone or with friends but it still needs to balance certain aspects out and solve a few other problems such as glitches.
