It is an amazing show! It is about Oliver Queen who gets on his father's gambit with his girlfriend's sister and they had a trip planned to China. But halfway there the yacht gets hit by lightning and Sara (the girlfriend's sister) dies. Oliver, Oliver's father, and another crew member makes it to a life raft but the father realizes there wasn't enough food and water so he tells Oliver to live and write his wrongs, make it home and make it better. Then he shoots the other crewmember and shoots himself in the head. Oliver drifts and gets marooned for 5 YEARS on an island called Lian Yu which is in the north china sea! After they find him on the island the billionaire is not who he was 5 years ago, He is the Arrow!
