I quite liked the movie. Being a product of the 80's and growing up listening to Motley Crue as well as various other hair bands, I feel it was depicted fairly well. In all fairness, what people fail to realize is this was based on their book and all 4 guys were actively involved in the making of the movie. Everyone seems to know more about the people than the people who experienced it. I feel this was a fairly decent representation of the sex, drugs and rock and roll attitude of 80's hair bands. As well as cramming 10+ years into less than 2 hours. Take it for what it is and enjoy.
