Watching for the first time in 2024.
Having no predispositions about it, just having heard "have you seen donnie darko?" all my life. Idk anything about it, just that it's a horror movie.
Well its horrific, alright.
A bad movie.
Even for its time period, this movie is not good.
I had to restart it several times to try and get into it. Drew Barrymore and Jake Gyllenhaal, love ya but even your talent cannot save this trainwreck.
I should have watched the movie back then so I knew which people to avoid when they told me I should watch this movie.
Dont want to spoil anything for anyone so just TRY and watch it if you're interested in bad movies

loved these books when they came out when I was 12, never stopped loving them. They speak on some really true issues that are ever present in society and will never go away as long as people keep trying to assimilate one another. This is a great book series
