Bloody awful movie it's not a horror movie it's not 93 % rotten tomatoes no way full stop, it's a little house on the prairie movie yes it's of the time it depicts and yes that's acted well but it's never ever a horror movie and 93% rotten tomatoes? Omg more like 23% ...only the last 10min the movie perks up a bit and I say a bit ...if yr looking for horror as this is billed look elsewhere....another example of low brow movie billed as something way beyond it's reach in terms of acting and scenes and story and scares ....little house on the prairie good bye

Well it was a good movie 🎬 overall... it leaned heavily into and struggled to escape the legacy and spectre of the 2000 movie gladiator...nevertheless it had some nice building plot lines on the 1st movie.. some similar scenes I noted... Derek Jacobi woefully under used...the new ' maximus" was worthy .... and Connie Nielson returned 2 put in a really good performance..... but the movie is stolen by Denzil... he does " bad" so good as the slave owner... and tries to overthrow the empire.. ...in ruthless fashion.... great visuals great acting... wonderful vista's.. ... but ultimately this sequel struggles to step independently out on its own away from the 1st 🎬.... nevertheless I enjoyed it very much and deffo worth greater examination and a rewatch... go Denzil

Well seen it last night at IMAX Blackpool and it deffo the best entry in the franchise since Aliens in 1986. It's a rip roaring high energy full of thrills and spills and horror and very entertaining for sure... now I know some movie critics have slammed the poor story and character development but when the last 2 movies focused on story and characters at the expense of a lack of action the same critics complained about that... just sit down fasten yr seatbelt and enjoy the beautiful visuals and gore and visceral action..with some very interesting new ideas for the Alien and its evolution oh and watch on IMAX enjoy.

I think some of the movie critics are v v harsh on this movie 🎬 it's a good movie to be fair 👌 and pays good homage to its older sibling...v fancy flying scenes indeed...

This is an amazing show I mean the whole concept is just so unnerving disturbing and completely gets under your skin with terrifying feelings. The complete loss of control the contestants have to endure is scary indeed. The swift manner in which contestants are " eliminated " in each game is grotesquely depicted ie bullet to head ...the characters are well drawn and you can't help but feel their sadness and despair as they are broke and in debt...the score is also unnerving the " ming ming ming ming " tune is scary too... the games themselves are simple kids games but of course have devastating consequences for the " losers"... can't wait for series 2 but I gather the creator is busy on other projects I hope Netflix can persuade him to start writing another series
