I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect sequel even if I tried.

I enjoyed this show a lot when I was younger, but I appreciate it even more now. I don’t think I’ve seen a show that cared about the source material as much as this one. Superhero movies and shows have become so streamlined, but this one shows a respect for the comics. Staying totally faithful to comics isn’t always a good thing either, but JLU just takes all the good stuff from comics and combines it with new ideas that work really well together. The writers for this show are geniuses.
