Good game with an OK story, faces were a bit lacking in expression and it does get a bit tedious at times and would recommend to anyone that is able to forgive the plot point being a misguided ideology that is portrayed in this game.
The game doesn't overtly push an ideology or opinion at you, and has other points that are admirable, but it is that the writers tried to normalise childhood mental illness at a base level and that child abuse is acceptable (HRT & reassignment surgery). The mothers mental health issues that lead to the current events at the beginning of the game are never addressed thoroughly and neither the two twins, and I know this is a fictional adventure type game but I find it interesting that they have a mental bond with the "voice" this I think being a form of possible psychosis that has developed, this actually distracted me quite a lot from the first section of the game, and was subsequently disappointed with the rest of it as I previously said, no little to no mental health issues were addressed, or even considered to be pertinent to the writers.
I hate to imagine if any children are playing this game and then come to inquire down this path as it can lead to further mental & physical health problems as well as a lifetime of bullying from unpersonable individuals.
It's for those reasons I was unable to give it a 3.
