I read this book because I don’t like Candace Owens at all, but I feel that it’s important to see from all points of view. However, this book was incredibly full of hate and blatant misinformation. It feels like she got her information from strictly conservative websites without checking other sources. Not that college education is a sign of intelligence, but it’s important to remember that this ma’am did drop out pretty early on. She was never the top of her class or succeeded academically, and I believe her “facts” should be taken with a grain of salt. She’s not in a position to speak for all black Americans just as I am not in that position to speak for all white Americans. Please, if you decide to read this book, do prepare for intense hatred against the black community. Just because someone can string together some words to make a sentence doesn’t mean they should publish a book.
