Awful, I’m sorry, but it’s fact. The only thing I like about it are the battle mechanics. The linear missions at the start give you little to no opportunity to start exploring and building a team. You take a turn down a road you want to go down to be met with a message telling you to turn around, meet at the hotel etc. So boring! The wild zones are lack lustre as are the buildings. I’ve given up playing after 3 hours just because I want to explore not be confined by a story. At least with Arceus you got the mission and could explore by yourself within the confines of the mission, i.e complete to move to another area. This just infuriates me. I expected it in old style Pokemon games or remakes like Let’s Go Pikchu, but after Violet and Scarlet, and Arceus I expected more. Not impressed and I’d recommend waiting for the price to drop. Also DLC ready on day 1 release why not have this in the game spend £60-80 on a game to see another aspect advertised for £25. It’s annoying. I’m not impressed in the slightest! Also I have owned every Pokemon game since gen1, this is the most disappointing release to date.

Poor start. Tried to address the characters reemergence after the events of RoTJ. Small nods to Attack of the Clones. But in all the episode felt incredibly disjointed and clunky. The Tusken raider scenes add little to the storyline, this could have been expanded on further. As a first step into the Boba Fett story arc, I personally found it as vapid as the Tatooine scenery, with the character depth of a shallow puddle.
