I watched The Chosen and I was mildly surprised that they showed Jesus to have a good sense of humor. I think anyone whether they are a professed theologian or a newbie like me can enjoy this film and hopefully will awake in anyone the desire to find out more about the goodness of Jesus and immerse themselves in the bible, which is God's love story to his people.

I loved the story line plus the absolute beauty of the scenery, costumes and settings. I enjoyed the characters and how they played off of each other. I truly hope there will be a Season 2, because I think most people feel in love with the baby August and want to see his safe return.

I think it was a great movie. Mark Wallberg did a splendid job of portraying Father Stu from before his conversion to his ordination. I would highly recommend this movie to an adult population.
