I love this journal! It keeps me focused on my feelings every day and allows me to try and better understand them. It also gives me space to make a plan for the day, that ONLY I am accountable to myself to complete. This journal has helped me stay focused on making my day better and more productive. I am accomplishing my short-term goals one task at a time and that eventually leads me to accomplish my long-term goals!
