A story that's cringe inducing, weirdly charming and borderline trash
I read this novel in a day, whilst my family and I were driving back from our holiday in Thredbo and what an experience this novel was. My friend lent it to me and I was really hoping to be like one of those books that make you love reading even more than you already did. Sorry to say girls, gays and theys that it was not like that book, not in the bloody slightest. This review is borderline a rant and I have so much anger about every nook and cranny within this book; from the cliché characterisation to the soppy end, that was so plain and boring that it made me want to throw up. I’ll preface this with the fact that nothing ends well, nothing. If you think that everything ends with daisies and rainbows, then you’re as stupid as someone thinking that Texas will go blue which happens in the novel (god I hated this book). Anyway, I don't recommend this novel in any shape or form. On the exception that you want to read a fanfic that's so soppy that you could wrung it out and just the sweetest perfume would come out. (sweet = bad)
