However, today, Monday, 3/11/19 in N.C., you found in favor of the plaintiffs, whose car parked in their driveway, and hit by a 3rd party (not present, and not insured...& represented by the yellow car) for $5,000. I think that it should have been a judgment of only $1900, and they should also have the $3100 settlement from the defendent's insurance company = $5000! Thus the burden wouldn't have been so unfairly heavy on the defendeny.
