I missed out on something special back in 1997. FFVII is often refer to as one of the greatest games of all time (arguable for some) and I never got the chance to experience the rich story and characters involved in it. Now, in 2020, I finally got the chance to see what made it so great. For starters it is not like the original at all; most of the game mechanics have changed drastically. Square Enix was kind enough to add some more elements into the game itself, though some would argue they either add or detract the experience. Nevertheless, if you're like me and never understood how and why the Final Fantasy Series still endures, I suggest you pick this up post haste. It is defiantly worth the price and you'll fall in love with the characters.
