I read the book and loved it, couldn’t wait to watch the show. I even subscribed Apple TV just to watch the show! And what did I get? Garbage. The production of the show such as the intro, the directing, the music we’re all fantastic; I liked the intro title sequence more than the show itself. Otherwise, so many things were haphazardly changed that we’re simple to keep the same as the book. This show completely skews the book; and as this is a crime/drama show based off a book details are important just as they are in the legal system and this show fell short on delivering an accurate watching experience.
