The game itself is actually amazing, it looks and feels like Diablo 2. However, there are quite a few issues including the game randomly crashing, having to join a queue and sometimes having to wait hours (yes, hours) to connect to the terrible servers. The game list randomly refreshes itself, making it difficult to join a trade game or a baal run. Let's not forget that if you try to join a game and it's not made yet or if you make a mistake joining a game, you'll be temporarily banned from making/joining games. Now Blizzard is playing catch up and working on a "beta server" because their current servers are a joke. They also claim that they didn't expect the game to sell as many copies as it has, blaming twitch and YouTube content creators for adding to the success of the game. Don't waste your money until Blizzard is ready to deliver a product worthy of your purchase.
