Better than the first one (which isn't saying much) but in order to get people on board (hehe) with a movie like this, the characters need to make smart decisions. They almost do here and there but ultimately the script just needs them to do dumb things to keep them in the water and create a body count. Also pick an ending, movie! At least there were no sharks.
