I tell you this on the dr with the eating meat thing i deal with horses and the grain for cattle went to horses by mistake that killed or say dropped 12 horses from heart attacks i asked my vet what is this doing to us he said thats where we get heart desease over a period of 20 years its what goes into your me and how its process sorry but meat is not good for you
