In all honesty, I loved the movie on its own. I couldn’t think of it as the after I read because of how many chapters were taken out. EVERYTHING with zed, the bet, the date. All of it was taken out. As well as the “bet” was over something different. I would have gladly sat through a 2 hour movie if it was closer to the book but sadly it wasn’t.
