if that ER is as busy as it looks, the doctors would not have that much time with the patients, much less to chat with each other. It's rare that they do regardless. I see the doctors and residents doing things nurses and attendants usually do and I've never seen a surgical room with glass doors and windows where patients walk by and can watch the surgeries! They talk about the patients and their medical conditions right in front of everyone! Where are the masks by the way? All the medical conditions in the show seem to be rare or unusual too. Not everything in this show is accurate!
