Despite the film being far longer than it needs to be, there were bits of the plot that did not make sense and quite clearly it is set up for a part 2 - I was fully transported into the Kingdom world. It’s beautiful to look at, the special effects are mesmerising, I was on the edge of my seat with the many action sequences and twists and turns, it was heart wrenching and moving in places. A brilliant watch, highly recommended.

As someone who lived through the time period of the film, it captured the political feeling in Jamaica at that time, the fashions, the Rastafarian culture, the fact that Jamaicans listen to more than just reggae… Bob’s music and messages - TIMELESS. Highly recommended.

So baaad it’s goooood. Harmless entertaining murder mystery that can be viewed without taxing one’s brain. I even look forward to Shayne Ward’s singing at the end 😊 Hope there is a series 2.

Beautiful film, beautifully acted. So many poignant moments, very moving. Has the right balance of flashbacks and present day. Also loved the way it depicted the power of mobile phones for the good

I absolutely love this show. It really makes me laugh out loud. It does have poignant moments too. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Brilliant writing, brilliant cast, brilliant acting, brilliance all round. Robbed of so many industry awards - but tv audiences loved it, including me.
