starts off jus looking good. but as it progresses it gives u abilities that stack on and enemies that get varied n interesting. the aesthetics also are jus improved with each step. it has a david lynch meets Barlowe's inferno sorta feel. really amazing game actually. and not many talk about it. I'm at the quarry right now. reflective surface and black rocks ...it looks so damn unique

I've never played borderlands and doom was something I saw people play but never did myself so I dont have the quibbles more avid players do when they say rage2 only amounts to a mixture of those games and a few others with nothing new to offer... what I do know is this game is not to be rushed thru and will definitely reward a bit more patience and attention... it's best to try to amass all weapons and as many powers as soon as possible and jus master and use them all in the most creative way u can while in combat. that's where the fun is. using all the combos of shooting and nano abilities so u feel like a universal soldier in combat. the neon soaked apocalyptic setting is complimented by a great sense of humor and the NPCs can be funny (bandits especially) which makes the whole thing kinda put u in a particular mood for mayhem
