Great stand alone game! I love how you get to decide the solution to each puzzle! Very non linear! And looking for crates in the HUB world is a game in itself! Stop comparing this to the old games since it just doesn't pale in comparison! Just like the fans: the games have to grow up and evolve! Keep going on about banjo threeie! Take oddworld soulstorm for example! It just doesn't work! Either make a game for the small cult following and make no money!!! Or make a heavily Commercial game to suit new gamers! Can't have both! I got this on rare replay because I loved the original release on 360 about 10 years ago!

An instant classic! Yes the formula has changed but in a very clever and realistic way! I loved the ending! And for those whinging about it being too meta? Well things have to change and yall need to get 0ver it!! I'd rather this than another soulless marvel movie ect. I feel people are just getting lazy with film making and viewing! Absolutely loved it! An instant cult classic! And thank god! Because the third movie was god awful!

After giving DR 3 a huge chance... I'm happy to say I actually loved it! Having 1000s of zombies on screen and a forever evolving map is just amazing! I played the original and 2 on release and loved them dearly! But more weapons and zombies in number 3 were just a cherry on that cake! Can't wait to give this one a whirl.... each game deserves its own merit and gamers need to realise that developers can't just make carbon copies of original games (this isn't call of duty) grow up! And move on! Don't bash a new concept! If you love otis and Co. That much then play the originals! Simples! But playing on a map that is 10x bigger than original and not having to take items to a blender or workbench just eliminates micro management (which tuins immersion) is a good thing! I love making combo weapons on the fly and just getting through the game! Completed DR 2 100% AND IT WAS AWFUL! nearly lost a survivor group to poker and tape it or die 2 time frame! So I'm excited to just get down and play! It's game! Games are fun! Enjoy it!
