Honestly, the movie is just okay. Bringing in nostalgic pieces, while introducing new characters, only works if new elements are incorporated flawlessly. It seems like the writers rehashed the original story, recast the main characters as teenagers, and forgot all about the most important part of ghost busting.....the ghosts. It was fun to watch some of the original characters reprise their roles, but it wasn't enough to wow past and future generations.

This was an amazing film! I think a lot of people have lost a part of their imagination by calling this film boring or rubbish. The storyline is beautiful. The cinematography is lush, sometimes dark and brooding, much like most movies about knights and quests. And it's okay if some people got bored with it or tired... It's not for everyone. Those of us who enjoyed it can do so without sounding peachy.

Over the years I've tried to justify liking M Night Shamylan movies. The concepts, the twists, the eventual buffoonery and let down that his films have come to be known for are all to present in OLD. What he keeps trying to do, by telling a fantastical story, gets muddled with so much idiocy. So much so, that his audience is left wondering "what did I just watch?" I don't think I'll ever go out of my way to see another one of his films. OLD was dull. There was no mystery, suspense, thrill, or horror to it. He should also quit making cameos in his own films. The schtick is literally old.

What's mostly disappointing about this show is the lead actor. What does he do, other than be a guardian to his younger half siblings and a boyfriend to his boyfriend? They live in this incredible home in Cali. The girls sometimes go to school. Adam Faison's character was in school to become a dentist, but now so he and Nicholas do is roll around and kiss and talk about this feelings. And Nickolas is the strangest guardian to have absolutely no development or direction to lead this show. Very disappointing. I love the representation... Even if it feels like baiting at times. I like how autism is represented.... Again, it feels very simplistic and less than it actually is. This show could've been so much more.

Each season is unique in its own way. Jessica Beil is amazing in season 1. Bill Pullman delivers an incredible performance throughout all three. But Matt Bomer's performance in season 3 is both haunting and beautiful!

I love critical reviews of this film as if the world depicted in the film was not as dark as the world we actually live in. Joker is a beautifully dark film. It's subtle parallels to the really real world are great reminders that we all start out with one idea of how the world will be, but given any number of circumstances life will play out how it wants to. Beyond our control. This is definitely one of my top favorite films of the year!

This was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It's one trainwreck after another with each character introduced. All of the characters are awkward to watch and there isn't one character that is relatable. Such a waste of time.
