It plays dress up with the post-apocalyptic aesthetic, but lacks any of the real nuance, insight or meat to truly deliver on the legacy of the original. If cheap, emotional manipulation can pass as 10/10 storytelling, then this game deserves a 10/10.
Visually stunning - which doesn't mean much considering that its success is entirely dependent on the story. Gameplay is more or less the same as the original.
4/10, perhaps 5 at the most.
