Interesting but very focused on veganism as the cure to everything. Also totally about the US food production market. It would have benefited from an examination of well-studied diets such as the Mediterranean diet that includes fish, some meat, and lots of oil. Also how meat is produced in European countries and the benefit of locally sourced products. There was no counter argument to veganism being the be all and end all, which for me was ironic given that they criticised others for not wanting to debate an alternative view.
Also still purporting that cholesterol and fat generally is bad, when studies show we need cholesterol. Very unbalanced in my opinion.
