I loved this show. It's slow, but not to the point where I got bored. I read the books several times, and I do not feel like this series was a complete miss, it's true and well written. It kind of feels like all the negative ratings and reviews were done by angry teenage trolls. At first, I did not like Galadriel, but she was spectacular, all things considered. I cannot wait for the next season, I hope it has more body than the first season though, a faster pace, but the same intrigue
