brilliant acting and cinematography, and also a surprising plot!

This movie is fascinating. I've already watched it three times and every time the ending breaks my heart. Clint Eastwood nailed it. It's unbelievable that Eastwood made this masterpiece in his 90s.

I didn't expect the impact of this film on me! An absolutely great movie, in any aspects. Entertaining and meaningful! It was like you were there, experiencing multiple events. It is a magnificent piece of work! Great acting, great story and great directing!

The story is great, the subject is important and acting is magnificent, Mark Ruffalo and Michael Keaton play great roles. But eventually nothing visual and deep about the drama of the story is shown. We don't see anything portrayal about what happened and how it happened to the VICTIMS. It is all about touching and heartbreaking dialogues that finally remains with TALKING HEADS who happen to be superstars! The movie is not entertaining enough from an audience's perspective, and absolutely, doesn't deserve the Oscar for the best picture. But it deserves the best prizes & praises for the actors. Through times, the Academy has shown that the AGENDA is more important than the quality of the Art work. So like any other movies which suited the Academy's and its rulers' Agenda, the Spotlight got the main award! No surprise! It is exactly the way they treated Moonlight, which didn't deserve the main prize!
