A lazy, derivative script with a curiously repetitive narrative. Lots (and I mean LOTS) of pointless shooting at the all too familiar aliens. The actors do what they can with the leaden dialogue, but like most of the film’s characters they don’t stand a chance. That said, I was genuinely surprised by the twist ending.

Over digitised to the point of surrealism. Absurd dialogue spoken by wooden actors and a boring storyline. Ridley Scott in decline I suppose.
