Hudson Toste

I absolutely loved this movie. Shelly did such a good job at the acting too, she did 127 takes for the stair scene. But also you feel bad for her because it’s like she was pressured which, she was honestly and it was hard for the actors to film because it took almost a whole year of filming. Nicholson also did a good job at his acting too, he really made it look like he was really losing it. I’m not sure who the actor is of Danny but he also did an amazing job. my least favorite scene was the bath tub scene tho, I mainly skipped it. This movie is such a good movie, I know everyone is like “the book is better than the movie” for like twilight etc but in this case in my opinion the movie is better. In the book the hotel burns I think, but in the movie it freezes. I think Stanley did a better job at making it freeze even though he really pressured the actors. He’s a pressuring director but he really was good at making the actors enhance their performance.
