Terrible and forced writing, great gameplay. New classes, guns and jokes are fantastic. The drawbacks are the main story and accompanying villain(s) are absolutely annoying, make terrible jokes, have almost no back story and are social media obsessed children. Sad to see the franchise take the story into a great concept of vault exploration/hunting while neglecting to actually develop characters who traverse the entire game with you. Some suspect decisions but overall decent, at least for one playthrough

The game is beautiful and the new pokemon are amazing! But they really threw plot out the window and spent all their budget on 3D design because theres just so much missing from a typical pokemon game. Its a breathe of fresh air paired with some terribly unorganized plot. 3/5
