So the first few episodes were pretty great, then it seems their expert genius quit the show. It got dumber and dumber with each passing episode. I have a rather high IQ and thought "Finally, a show I can relate to". No chance of that, because a genius wouldn't do the things that were supposed to be done in this garbage.. for example: no person with an IQ over 120 would suck on a grease hose. We know that putting the hose all the way in and then rapidly pulling it out will create the necessary flow needed to fill the jugs.. it only gets worse from here. The damaged dam was the final straw. Quick drying cement that dries in 12 milliseconds? You wouldn't even be able to pump it out of the pump... it would be solid inside the tank, the sprayer nozzle etc. Not to mention the tarp fix at the beginning of the episode. Omg. It's no wonder the show was canceled. Even the dumb people caught on..

I could not watch this show if I didn't have a fast forward button. There is so much unnecessary drama in the series. Half of which could be left out and the point still made. The cousins for example yell "F' you" for 10 straight minutes in one episode... with almost no other dialog in it. This is less and less a series about a chef and more of a dysfunctional family trying to get a star. You can't get stars when you start with garbage people and garbage mentalities as employees.
