It probably just isn't for me, but from what I've seen my sister watching, this show is hot garbage. Masha is a little spoiled brat, and the animation is actual trash. Of course, some people really like this show. I personally don't see why people do, but who am I to judge your tastes? All in all, it's up to you whether you watch it or let your kids watch it.
