It was all over the place. The introduction of new and fairly simple characters was ok but nothing great. The format was completely different from the other books, the sudden change and detail of already existing characters (namely the cart lady) was terrible and had such outlandish moments. I read the whole thing of course and I can say without a doubt my least favorite book in the series. I did appreciate the relationship between the young potter and malfoy. It had potential but was executed poorly. I hate giving bad reviews but this is the only exception. It was bad and I don't consider it to be canon to the stories. Sorry JK
