For those who find this movie boring I think you need to rethink your decision. I liked the movie. Not the best but OK. Young kamal scene was good. His face brought me back to the 90s and his corny jokes never leaves him in serious situations. Action sequences for kamal sir and STR was beyond expectations. Well taken. Str's acting was also somewhat alright but i felt his character was not really developed. His opening scene was not really good. His emotions were somewhat constant. The Hindi villains didn't have depth too. Just for time pass and a reason for the final scene to take place. I feel the movie's Kamal sir scree time was too much and he didn't give space to the rest of characters. Trisha had little space to showcase her talents. Overall you can watch the movie once and those who wanted Nayagan 2, it's not gonna happen. You will feel disappointed at the end of the movie. Go with an open mind you will enjoy it.

Overall it's a 2/5. Looking at what Vikram is capable of,his performance performance could have been better. Screenplay cinematography content all could have been better . Wait for deepavali can watch on TV. Director tried to tell alot with facial expression. Minimal dialogue. Being a huge Vikram fan I know the story could have more Dept. And Vikram could have done so much better.
