I don’t usually post reviews and stuff but this book really deserves a 6 star review. I don’t know how Madeline wrote this without wanting to find Pyrrhus and ripping his skull apart but, all I know is that it’s beautiful. It’s raw and emotional and beautiful. Hats off to Madeline🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Honestly, i could have lived my life perfectly well without setting my sight on this piece of.... . First of all, the characters have been altered SO MUCH that their nearly unrecognizable! Percy and Annabeth are supposed to be TWELVE year olds, not SIXTEEN!! And dont get me started at Annabeth's appearance. Alexandra is a wonderful and gorgeous actress, but her physical description ABSOLUTELY didnt match. Her hair, her eye color, her age...honestly, dont see it unless you want to ruin the book experience. To those who defend this 'movie' by saying that cinema has to do some alterations: okay, SOME alterations can be tolerated, but not the WHOLE STORYLINE BEING BUTCHERED!!! If they wanted to make a movie inspired from Percy Jackson they should have done that, NOT change the whole purpose of the plot or the characters, ruin the movie experience and waste time and money. Unless you're someone who likes seeing others' masterpieces getting butchered, DO NOT watch this one or the sequel
