This show, personally, was life-changing for me.
The Director of this show, Ian Munro, has carefully picked out and created an intricate plotline that hooks you in every second, no matter how much times you rewatch this masterpiece show, you could never get enough of it. The simple yet humorous designs of "bananas" and "pajamas" put together create a stunning, masterful, creative, and emotional show. There are not enough tissue boxes in the whole entire world to satisfy the long cries that could fill an entire riverbank. 10/10 Would be an understatement.
On the surface, this show may look simple, with children humor being the baseline and premise of this, which, it is, however, if you dive deeper into the natural psychology of this stunning presentation, a parade of emotions, most notably empathy, overflows one's nervous system. The intricate details could be found all the way to the last atom, everything so carefully placed and well prepared for the viewer to see.
The humor could main the most coldhearted peers laugh so hard, and the most emotional of scenes could create rivers in seconds. The plotline and worldbuilding are concise and clear, and the characters are simply wonderful, perfect to the point of a good character, but imperfect to the point where character development still is present among us. As the show progresses, we grow more and more attached to the wondrous character designs. The magical soundtrack creates a style that is years, maybe decades, ahead of our time.
B1 and B2 may look similar, but on the inside, they couldn't be any more different. Although reflected to be similar to another, which includes their names, Murano specifically created both of them to be recognizable. The characters are clumsy, creating a much more desire of love for each and every one of them, and the wondrous mysteries of each one of them makes the audience hungry for more action.
Each episode is creative, clearly created by a genius, the narrator manages to explain everything perfectly, simple enough for children to understand, yet so clear that every action seems to reflect from what they are saying. The (original) animation and the live-action of this stunning show reflect originality, creativity, and awareness of the world that Bananas in Pajamas is set.
11/10 would be an understatement, Infinity Out of 10
