The acting is brilliant in this film. You are there with the men, experiencing their feelings, fears and emotions. It does not mask the realities beneath any illusions of war and shows it for the cruel waste of human life that it is. Each soldier who fought had a story to tell, a life to live and people to love. Each one had hopes and passions and we must not forget that, this film will help people remember that it was real men who fought , not statistics or numbers.
