This is what I got from the movie: The hesitation in all the characters represent the fact that what If's consume too much of our time , creating this sense of uselessness in ever choosing. (Hints:endless world's) In the final class scene ,it is shown how not acting on something because of a what If mind state, can and will cause things not to materialize in reality . (This is why I believe they where removed or missing ) I am too happy to see them use this innocent/ignorant narrative. It shows how we as humans blow decisions out of proportion . Plus the added bonus of always daydreaming.
