Acting was absolutely amazing!!! A great performance into the mind of a delusional personality. I was, however, left wondering what was real and what wasn't. Did he kill the young single mom down the hall? Did he actually go on the show and kill the host? And in the story line of Batman, he was the one that kills Bruce Wayne's parents, not some random "clown."

Okay...so it's fun to watch as long as you can see past how absolutely ridiculous it is! Surgery without masks? ER doctors wearing jeans and cowboy boots, surgeons not on staff performing surgery, staff walking around in stilettos, ER doctors climbing in cars to rescue people..ER doctors performing surgery on babes (without masks and still in jeans and cowboy boots), Drs fighoting over a woman while a patient waits in the ER??? Silly but entertaining.
