Absolutely excellent. Max was fabulous in a very heartwarming reflection of a true story. The songs, the singing, the dancing...another Mama Mia feel good movie. Sure, its not for every hard nosed, macho guy to watch, but one maybe they should in private. If only to better understand their son or daughter who maybe is unsure of their sexuality at 16. Hope they make a sequel, I'd love to see how he progresses.

Absolute dire. One is too much for this film. For Pete's sake, save us all - don't make any more. Poorly written, poorly acted, poorly directed, cheap CGI, poor script. Wasted my precious time watching it for curiosities sake.

Wasted an hour or so of my life one rainy evening. So bad it's laughable. Shame as the idea isn't a bad one, just poorly done and lacking a juicy storyline that's close to reality. As a keen Alien phenomenon watcher it is certainly based on some pretty believable past events. The main character is quite good. He even looks like an alien.

Read Daughter of the Desert first before watching before watching this film please. I read the book a few years ago and had hoped they would make it into a film. Nicole Kidman was not who I would have cast, but I can see why. Sadly the film covered no where near Gertrude full amazing and inspirational life. Only a mere taste of this extraordinary womans accomplishments, not just in the desert either. Glad I watched it though, but do read the book which does her more justice. This happened with The Duchess too, again I read that book, cover to cover. She was awe inspiring, the film should have been an entire series.

A waste of my evening. Started with high hopes, some good scenes and action, edge of seat stuff, but it led to a dead ending. In fact it left me baffled as to exactly what the ending was. I only watched it because Jackson and Cusack are decent actors. Wow, they must have been hard up when they made this one! The guy in the hoodie was a complete red herring, no idea what he was for. A bad S King film.
