Having recently read Ben MacIntyre’s excellent book Colditz, I almost overlooked this book Traitor of Colditz, especially since the cover pages were almost identical. I hesitated before purchasing, thinking what more can there be to this story?
The truth is, an awful lot more.
I am so glad I purchased this. I haven’t been able to put it down. I am halfway through and it just gets more and more interesting. As Damien Lewis and Dan Snow said: Read it. An amazing story.
