I was very disappointed with this book given the clarity with which Mr. Albert presents his ideas in YouTube talks. I found the mathematical notation to be dizzyingly confusing and many of the explanations to be impossible to follow. I made it about 80% of the way through and finally had enough. It seems that many other readers liked the book, so clearly Mr. Albert's way of explaining things worked for them. But, alas, not for me.
