We found this disappointing. We saw it in Cardiff. A cold venue with very narrow uncomfortable seats. Despite a voice over informing people that if they leave their seats during the show they are unable to return, and to be considerate to others by not talking the entire thing was ruined for us by irritating children and their parents constantly doing exactly this!! Nobody told them to sit down or shut up, it was so distracting and we were unable to properly get into the right mindset to appreciate it. They should not have been allowed to ruin it for other people!
