Excellent film (if you can overcome some of the discrepancies in how the uniforms are worn incorrectly.) The embassy rescue was pretty accurate, from a military standpoint, which is expected from any film Captain Dale Dye is a part of. The film definitely conveys an accurate depiction of the professionalism that Marine infantry units are capable of, exercising great restraint and ultimately bringing to bear deadly force when necessary on a profound scale, and of course, the realistic repercussions so often expected in response to political pressures from Washington.
