This film highlights the complexity and duality of experience; the external and the internal experience of being in this world. Anna's near death experience and the unpredictable tragedies she witnesses result in an existential process, in which Anna contemplates experiences of love and grief, impermanence and the illusion of control. Anna's experiences bring her outside of herself, and into a hightened state of consciousness, that allows her to observe from a transpersonal perspective the nature of human experience. This is a truly deep and complex film. I throughly enjoyed this film and highly recommend it to those interested in exploring higher levels of awareness.
