One of my favourite K-dramas! Touched all the right notes for me - genuine, heartfelt, sincere, touching, moral, contemplative, and covered important subjects such as age discrimination, disease, loss, melancholy, and of course writing!

Pretty good. Gritty and some important themes but can be messy at times. Character motivations are kinda confused and often without good backup. It crammed a lot in, it was pretty enjoyable but mostly adrenaline enjoyable. I didn't feel much of my heart watching this. I enjoyed the animation though and thought it was quite brilliant styling. As well, I think it was interesting to use animation to attempt to describe mental illness. Overall 4 stars. It kinda left me more confused than feeling integrated and whole (or more illuminated) which is kind of what I've been searching for in my content these days. However there is only one season out to be fair ! I'll keep watching it if it continues. I was surprised there was so much really high ratings.
