Absolutely regret using Mad City to do our shower! They sent out a rep and gave us a PowerPoint of their product. Everything looked great from what they said. They said it would only take 1 day because we didn't have the whole bathroom just the shower being redone. Day of demo, contractor comes out and says it's going to take 3 days because they have to have a City inspector come out which they also did not tell us. We ended up taking several days off work and the end product was not what we paid for. The guy busted a hole in our floor tile then covered it with calk that was a completely different color. He raised the tub flooring which off set the tile when he didn't have to. The side of the tub wasn't supported so now water leaks down the side to underneath. The spout and shower head are not the ones we requested and they just put our old ones back on, so now the bars are different shades throughout the shower walls and faucet. We had to have the flooring redone and a shower curtain drags the floor due to not adjusting the curtain rod for the same amount he raised the floor. Do not have someone from Mad City do work in your house! We are still waiting for the final inspection and it's been over a year.
